Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for testing products and gathering data for reviews, ensuring quality standards are upheld
- Coaching the team in applying proper testing philosophies
- Provide insightful training and meaningful challenges to help grow team members' careers
- Help guide team through collaborative efforts and communicate with other departments
- Fosters a culture of open feedback, ensuring clear communication of performance expectations and goals; give performance evaluations
- Handle the day-to-day workload and resource planning for your team to accomplish department goals
- Future planning for the team and identifying risks early; take proactive action
- Ensure consistent application of company-wide and testing processes

Qualification/Experience
- DEC or equivalent degree; technical or management focus a strong asset
- 3-5 years of working experience as a technician, QA, or in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams
- Knowledge/passion and curiosity for technology, consumer products and electronics
- Good at analyzing and contextualizing data to validate team quality output
- Good at problem-solving and decision-making
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and French
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
