The Third-Party and Partnership Management Department is responsible for supporting Personal Services to achieve its goals. It provides expertise in developing strategic partnerships and managing them to ensure the health of the Personal Services Executive Division’s third-party ecosystem to improve third-party performance and ensure sound risk management. As Team Leader, Third-Party Management, your role is to assist your manager by providing support to a team of third-party management professionals. You support talent development and employee engagement by creating a positive, motivating work environment where everyone’s contribution is valued. In addition to your role as team leader, you are a third-party management practice leader. You serve as a point person and integrator dedicated to a business line in the Personal Services sector to ensure visibility for priority risks and commitments related to their activities. More specifically, you will be required to :
Meet targets on time and on budget and manage results, performance, quality and client/partner satisfaction.
Develop training and skills development strategies and action plans for team members.
Play a non-decision-making role in hiring, performance management, discipline, and skills development. Manage the budget.
Serve as a point of contact with the integrator and business line.
Have an in-depth understanding of the business line’s reality, priorities, objectives and challenges
Bring together the business line’s priorities and the third-party roadmap.
Have a global view of the health of the division’s third parties in terms of performance and risks.
Stay up-to-date on major projects and changes that could affect the business line’s third-party portfolio.
Ensure the integrity, quality and accuracy of data in reports and the performance and third-party risk dashboard for their sector.
Be an agent of change for our stakeholders and encourage them to adopt best practices in third-party management.
Provide expert support and mentoring to third-party management advisors with respect to various analyses, strategy development, personalized approaches and case management.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience in management and/or mentoring
Experience in third-party management
Experience in executive-level presentations/communications
Experience in change management
Knowledge of French required
