We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Lead of Strategic Sales to lead and drive our sales efforts within our strategic new business team. This role is responsible for managing a team of AE’s and SDR’s, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with key clients to accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in strategic sales, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of customer needs in competitive markets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead a high-performing team of AE’s & SDR’s providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation
  • Drive efficiency in the sales process by identifying bottlenecks and streamlining workflows for the sales team
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in key business segments
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new business and optimize sales strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Onboarding) to align on customer needs, product offerings, and promotional activities
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights into trends and performance gaps. Develop action plans to address any underperformance
  • Oversee sales forecasts and pipeline management, coaching reps through gaps and 

What you need to bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales
  • Proven success in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate a sales team
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, Slack
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and metrics-based performance tracking
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
