Dulcedo Management began as a high-profile modeling agency and has since evolved into the largest multidisciplinary talent management group in Canada and a leading force in North America. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, our reach extends across all spheres of entertainment, from our offices in Montreal and Toronto to as well as remotely around the world. Our talented team of Agents and Account Managers work tirelessly to represent and manage the national and international careers of over 500 models, hundreds of Olympic and professional athletes, top-tier digital influencers, content creators, and streamers.

Dulcedo is, above all, a community of incredible individuals who ‘work hard but play harder.’ Our team is united, welcoming, and inclusive, with a company culture that remains a top priority for us. Proudly certified as a Great Place to Work for two years in a row, our mission is to continue empowering our employees by providing an environment where work feels motivating, fun, and, most importantly, meaningful.

The Opportunity: We’re looking for a bold and strategic Talent Content Strategist to join our growing team at the intersection of influencer marketing, digital content, and creator growth. This role is built for someone who understands the social media landscape inside out: not just how to post, but how to scale. You’ll work closely with our Team Manager, Talent Development, supporting a dedicated roster of talent and their teams to unlock brand potential, grow platforms, and drive meaningful, lasting results. Serving as an instrumental player in our Talent Services department, you'll act as a trusted consultant: delivering content strategy guidance that elevates both individual creators and the agency’s broader vision.

Scope of Work

  • Lead 1:1 coaching sessions with talent and your Dulcedo peers, offering tailored content and social strategy recommendations, covering everything from content ideation to analytics and reporting.
  • Suggest and implement content and optimization strategies such as SEO, discoverability tactics, platform audits, and aligning content with audience behavior and brand voice.
  • Collaborate with your Dulcedo team to connect influencer deliverables with broader content and brand strategy.
  • Create training materials, facilitate workshops, and build educational resources that empower creators and internal teams.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform features, and cultural trends, helping talent break into new formats like YouTube, streaming, or long-form storytelling.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across scouting, marketing, and social to align on strategic growth priorities.
  • Support Agents in shaping their talent recruitment strategy, advising on the content potential of prospects and helping identify creators with high growth or brand alignment potential.
  • Prepare detailed presentations and follow-ups after coaching sessions to document outcomes and drive accountability.

  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing & content strategy, within a creative agency or in-house brand team, with direct exposure to influencer-driven campaigns and growth strategies.
  • A deep understanding of social platforms and how to scale audiences, not just for traditional beauty/lifestyle creators, but in areas like gaming, entertainment, streaming, and long-form content.
  • You feel confident building and growing accounts, tracking performance, and guiding top-tier creators in their journey all while supporting the renowned services we offer at the agency.
  • Comfortable switching between all platforms, from YouTube, to TikTok, Instagram, or Twitch and adapting strategies to meet the diverse needs, goals, and content styles of each creator we support.
  • Strong grasp of trending content, algorithm shifts, and audience behavior.
  • Bonus points for experience in podcasting, Substack, or editorial platforms.
  • Strategic, creative, and adaptable with a genuine drive to support creators and a strong motivation to see your clients succeed.

This is an active opening to join our team. We encourage you to complete all questions and include any relevant materials (like a portfolio, if applicable), as a thoughtful application gives us valuable insight and greatly improves your chances of being considered! We look forward to reviewing yours and hopefully meeting you along the way!

Please note that only candidates selected for a first interview will be contacted. We truly appreciate your interest and consideration.
