The Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team on a 6-month contract, with the possibility to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers across functions to identify, attract, and engage world-class talent in engineering, product, growth, and operations — all within the fast-evolving Web3 space.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies.

  • Source, approach, and engage candidates through creative channels — including LinkedIn, crypto communities, Twitter/X, and Web3 networks.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from outreach and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles (e.g. engineering, product, growth, operations, ecosystem).

  • Leverage data to optimize sourcing strategies and hiring funnel performance.

  • Ensure a seamless, transparent, and high-touch candidate experience aligned with our decentralized culture.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the Web3 industry.

  • Proven success sourcing globally distributed or remote talent.

  • Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or crypto-native communities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to use ATS and analytics tools effectively.

  • Adaptable, resourceful, and self-driven in a fast-evolving environment.
