The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales) will design recruitment strategies for sales roles, enhance hiring processes, and improve candidate experiences.
You’ll be the architect of our sales hiring strategy, designing and executing end-to-end recruitment journeys that bring exceptional go-to-market talent into our growing organization. From business development reps to senior account executives and revenue leaders, you’ll play a pivotal role in building the team that drives our growth.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Hunt for High-Impact Sellers – Master the art of discovering top-performing sales talent through LinkedIn expertise, creative Boolean searches, job boards, referrals, and your own network of revenue professionals.
- Become a Sales Hiring Whisperer – Partner with our sales leaders to decode what truly drives success in each role—beyond the quota—and craft sourcing strategies that attract the right mix of skill, drive, and culture fit.
- Guide the Journey – Coach hiring managers through interview and selection decisions with insights that help them spot high-potential, target-crushing talent.
- Create Memorable Candidate Experiences – Design candidate touchpoints that reflect the energy and ambition of Novisto’s sales culture, leaving every candidate—hired or not—wanting to stay connected.
- Think Beyond Traditional Recruiting – Explore creative ways to engage sales professionals, from industry events to social outreach and talent communities that keep Novisto on their radar.
- Elevate Our Hiring Partners – Enable and mentor sales leaders to become recruitment champions, giving them tools and training to identify and attract top performers.
- Amplify Our Story – Bring Novisto’s mission and sales opportunity to life by showcasing our purpose-driven culture, career growth potential, and the impact our go-to-market teams have on the business.
- Drive Results with Data – Track key hiring metrics like time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness, presenting clear updates to stakeholders and quickly adapting strategies to meet sales hiring targets.
- Iterate and Elevate – Continuously refine our sales recruitment process to improve speed, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Explore Beyond Recruiting – Contribute to broader people initiatives such as employer branding, onboarding, and performance enablement projects that shape our growing Sales organization.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field
- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably hiring for sales or go-to-market roles
- Proven expertise sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter (a must)
- Natural ability to connect with people and build genuine relationships
- Desire to help both candidates and hiring managers succeed
- Bilingual (French and English) with excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS (an asset)
- Familiarity with Predictive Index or other assessment tools (an asset)
- Experience in a SaaS or startup environment (a strong asset)
