The Mission

We are looking for a relentless Talent Acquisition Specialist to build the future of our team. We don’t hire through standard job boards alone; we find the outliers, the grinders, and the Web3 natives who are hidden in the corners of the internet. Must be based in Canada, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from aggressive headhunting to final onboarding, ensuring we only hire the top 1% of talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active Headhunting: Don’t wait for applicants. Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, and GitHub to find "whispering talent" for marketing, operations, and legal roles.

  • Vetting & Screening: Conduct rigorous initial interviews to filter for "the eye," technical Web3 literacy, and cultural fit.

  • Pipeline Management: Move candidates through the interview funnel with speed. In our world, the best talent is off the market in days, not weeks.

  • Offer Negotiation: Act as the bridge between the company and the candidate. You must be comfortable explaining our high-performance culture and our Web3-integrated compensation structures.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on salary benchmarks and talent trends within both the Canadian creative scene.

The Requirements
  • Recruitment Experience: 3+ years in a fast-paced recruitment role (Agency or In-house). Experience in Tech, Marketing, or Web3 recruitment is a massive plus.

  • The "Hunter" Instinct: You enjoy the chase. You know how to craft a "cold" message that actually gets a response from high-level talent.

  • Web3 Fluency: You understand the basics of the blockchain ecosystem. You can tell if a candidate actually knows their way around a wallet or if they are just using buzzwords.

  • High Autonomy: You will be working remotely and managing your own desk. You must be organized, results-driven, and capable of hitting hiring targets without hand-holding.

Operational Details
  • Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada).

  • Schedule: Full-time (High flexibility required to coordinate interviews across multiple time zones).

Why Join Us?
  • Shape the Organization: You aren't just filling seats; you are hand-picking the people who will define this company's success.

  • Uncapped Upside: With our performance-based bonus structure, your earning potential is directly tied to your ability to find elite talent.

  • Work with Experts: You will be recruiting for a company at the absolute cutting edge of the creator economy and Web3 technology.
