We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition advisors to join our team at various levels.   • Tech & Lab recruitment team, where we specialize in hiring and sourcing top talent for Technology, Data, and Actuarial positions.

  • Direct Distribution recruitment team, where you will play a key role in attracting and recruiting talent for high-volume positions.

  • Core Insurance team, where our expertise lies in recruiting and sourcing exceptional talent for specialized insurance positions.

  • Claims recruitment team, where you'll play a key role in attracting and recruiting talent for high-volume, specialized claims positions.

  • Corporate recruitment team, where we specialize in hiring and sourcing top talent for finance, HR, legal, marketing, communications, procurement, risk management, and executive recruitment.

As a member of our talent acquisition team, you will:

  • Proactively develop and execute full-cycle recruitment activities using innovative strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.

  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future roles, engaging passive candidates effectively.

  • Create compelling job descriptions, post openings, screen resumes, and conduct engaging prequalification interviews.

  • Provide comprehensive support to hiring managers, including interview assistance, compensation recommendations, and managing the background check and offer process.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders, serving as their trusted advisor for all recruitment needs.

  • Actively manage a pool of external candidates and provide regular updates and detailed recruitment funnel reports.

  • Participate in recruitment events to promote Intact Financial Corporation as a Canadian Top Employer.

  • Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends by attending industry events, webinars, and other learning opportunities.

  • Serve as a company ambassador, effectively promoting careers at Intact.

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience in talent acquisition, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

  • Excellent ability to consult, communicate, and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels

  • Exceptional organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven sourcing skills and the ability to build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future roles.

  • A positive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and learning

  • No Canadian work experience required but must have authorization to work in Canada.
