Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Manufacturing

Location: Baie D’Urfé, Canada
Reports to: Site Talent Acquisition Manager
Work Model: On-site / Hybrid (3 days / week site presence required)

About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to support our manufacturing site in Baie D’Urfé. In this role, you will work closely with site leadership and hiring managers to deliver high-quality, end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and site support functions.

You will act as a trusted advisor, combining hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic workforce insight, ensuring the site is staffed with the right talent to meet current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering

  • Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for blue collar and manufacturing.
  • Collaborate closely with Site Leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Provide guidance on talent market trends, role scoping, and hiring strategies.

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing, technical, engineering, quality, and professional roles.
  • Drive effective sourcing strategies, including proactive search, referrals, and talent pipelining when needed
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Operational & High-Volume Hiring

  • Support high-volume and time-critical hiring needs, particularly within production and operations.

Employer Branding & Talent Pipelines

  • Strengthen the local employer brand locally and surrounding regions.
  • Build long-term talent pipelines through collaboration with universities, vocational schools, and local networks when needed
  • Represent the company at job fairs, site events, and employer branding activities as needed

Compliance, Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with local Labor law, GDPR, and internal policies.
  • Use recruitment data and metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, candidate quality) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to local and regional TA initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, life sciences, or technical environments.
  • Solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong understanding of the local labor market and employment legislation.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence with operational and senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting manufacturing or site-based organizations.
  • Experience working in a matrixed or international organization.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and data-driven recruitment (workday)
