We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst that will be a key member of Global Business Services Talent Acquisition Team and will be responsible for running end to end recruitment processes on high volume recruitment processes for corporate positions, as well as employer branding initiatives.
Responsibilities:

  • Managing full cycle of recruitment processes (job posting, proactive search of Candidates, screening Candidates, interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiation and closing the requisition),

  • Working in close partnership with Hiring Managers,

  • Supporting Senior Recruiters on junior level hiring,

  • Searching for alternative channels of sourcing Candidates,

  • Real time administration of ATS allowing appropriate reporting of TA MI,

  • Growing your expertise about Global Business Services and its talent market in Manila,

  • Creating employer branding posts on social media, that increase awareness about Fresenius Medical Care,

  • Maintaining relationships and partnerships with universities,

  • Coordinating external campus events and other hiring activities (e.g., job fairs),

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, or other related fields

  • Has minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for talent sourcing background,

  • Recruiter by profession and passion,

  • Strong curiosity and ability to continuously reflect and learn from all levels of the organization,

  • Excellent spoken English and written communication,

  • Continuously expands sourcing skills,

  • Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills,

  • Treats talent sourcing as a jigsaw, ending the process completes the board!
