Temporary position – 12-month contract covering a maternity leave
As a member of the People and Engagement team, the Talent Advisor will be responsible to source candidates, screen resumes, pre-screen candidates, manage offers and provide guidance to hiring managers.
This position is based at our Canadian head office in downtown Montreal and reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. It follows a hybrid model, requiring three days per week in the office.
A typical day:
Lead end-to-end recruitment in partnership with HR and business leaders.
Develop and execute short- and long-term sourcing plans.
Guide and support hiring managers throughout the process.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Drive diverse, proactive sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing.
Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
What are looking for:
2-5 years' experience in full life cycle in recruiting.
Proven experience sourcing talent through multiple recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, etc.)
Solid experience with Applicant Tracking systems, knowledge of Workday is an asset.
This position requires the Talent Acquisition Advisor to recruit for roles across Canada, supporting both English- and French-speaking provinces. Approximately 50% of the work will involve communication in English.
This 12-month contract offers potential for extension or permanent placement, based on organizational needs.
