Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Administrateur(trice) Systèmes expérimenté(e) pour assurer le maintien, l’optimisation et l’évolution de notre infrastructure TI, tant sur site (on-premise) que dans le cloud (Microsoft Azure).
Le titulaire du poste jouera un rôle clé dans la stabilité, la disponibilité et la sécurité des systèmes d’infrastructure. Il/elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes TI internes ainsi qu’avec des fournisseurs externes afin de garantir la performance et la fiabilité des environnements technologiques.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure environments (Microsoft Azure).
The successful candidate will be responsible for virtualization platforms, enterprise storage, backup solutions, identity services, and Windows/Linux operating systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring infrastructure stability, availability, security, and disaster recovery readiness.
The individual will collaborate closely with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to support ongoing operations and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Administration & Management
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including:
Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
DNS and DHCP
Group Policy Objects (GPO)
DFS (Namespace & Replication)
Remote Desktop Services (RDS) - Manage virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper-V)
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure
- Perform intermediate Linux system administration
- Manage enterprise storage environments (SAN / NAS)
- Support infrastructure-level VoIP systems
- Monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning
- Maintain accurate infrastructure inventory (servers, licenses, storage, virtualization hosts)
Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Manage and monitor enterprise backup solutions (VEEAM or equivalent)
- Perform restore testing and backup validation
- Support disaster recovery planning and testing
- Ensure backup reliability and recovery readiness
- Cloud Infrastructure (Azure)
- Deploy and configure Azure infrastructure resources
- Monitor cloud performance and optimize utilization
- Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for cloud systems
- Support automation initiatives (PowerShell, Bash)
Collaboration & Projects
- Work with third-party vendors for infrastructure support and projects
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades and improvement initiatives
- Support incident response and root cause analysis
- Contribute to system patching and scheduled maintenance cycles
- Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation

Formation & Expérience
- Diplôme en informatique, technologies de l’information ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente)
- 3 à 5+ années d’expérience en administration systèmes en environnement corporatif
- Certifications Microsoft, VMware, Azure ou Linux (atout)
- Connaissance des pratiques ITIL (atout)

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of experience as a System Administrator in an enterprise environment
- Microsoft, VMware, Azure, or Linux certifications are considered an asset
- Knowledge of ITIL practices is an asset
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience with Windows Server environments
- Solid experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V
- Experience with VEEAM or similar backup solutions
- Experience managing SAN/NAS storage
- Experience with Azure infrastructure
- Intermediate Linux administration knowledge
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewall dependencies, QoS)
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash)
