About iSpeedToLead

iSpeedToLead is a US real estate technology company building a marketplace for future customers. Our platform helps businesses access homeowner opportunities with greater transparency and control. The next stage of growth depends on a dependable supply of seller opportunities from partners who have a direct, permissioned relationship with homeowners.

The opportunity

We are hiring a hands-on Supply Growth & Partnerships Lead to create that partner channel. You will personally source and win US business partners, design the commercial and operating model, and stay involved until a signed partnership produces accepted referrals consistently. This is a builder role with broad ownership across acquisition, activation, partner performance and the playbook for a future team.

Relevant partners may include brokerages and agent networks, homebuilders, mortgage and home-services businesses, and original publishers or lead suppliers. The common thread is a credible route to homeowners considering a sale, clear permission to share their information, and a repeatable path to qualified opportunities.

What you will do
  • Map promising US partner segments, develop a target list and run your own outreach and discovery.

  • Understand each partner's homeowner journey, incentives and ability to generate seller referrals; qualify opportunities before investing in a launch.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, referral rights, data provenance, consent and handoff expectations with internal stakeholders.

  • Launch and activate partners: define the referral workflow, enable partner teams, troubleshoot early handoffs and reach the first accepted opportunities.

  • Track activation, accepted volume, lead quality, conversion, refunds, payouts and contribution by partner and channel. Use those results to improve, expand or stop programs.

  • Build a repeatable operating playbook, reporting cadence and partner experience; coach colleagues and help shape a small partnerships team when the channel economics support it.

  • Work closely with supply operations, product and sales so partner promises match the customer experience and every opportunity has clear permission and provenance.

What success looks like

In your first months, you will establish a focused partner pipeline, launch initial partnerships and make their results visible from first referral through accepted supply. Over time, success means more active partners producing dependable, high-quality homeowner opportunities with commercial terms that work for both sides. We will agree specific targets after reviewing the starting pipeline and channel economics together.

What we are looking for
  • Hands-on experience personally originating US B2B partnerships and taking them from first conversation to signed agreement, launch and recurring production.

  • Evidence that you can explain the partnerships you owned: the partner's role, commercial terms, permissions, activation steps and measurable results. Confidential figures can be anonymized.

  • Strong independent prospecting, consultative discovery, negotiation and commercial judgment.

  • Comfort using funnel and unit-economics data to make decisions about partner quality and investment.

  • Clear written and spoken English, reliable follow-through and the ability to work across commercial, operational and product teams.

  • Experience coaching colleagues or managing a small commercial team while remaining willing to own deals directly.

Especially relevant experience

Seller-side real estate partnerships, brokerage or agent networks, residential services, mortgage or homebuilder partnerships, original lead suppliers and publishers, and referral programs that produced attributable homeowner opportunities.

Work model and opportunity

This is a full-time, remote role with regular overlap with US business hours. We can consider candidates in the locations listed above; direct success with US businesses matters more than where you live. You will have ownership of an important growth channel, close collaboration with the teams that receive partner supply, and room to build the process and team as results develop.

Hiring process

We review your application and evidence of personally owned partnerships, then hold interviews focused on your work and operating judgment. The process may include a paid practical assessment, with scope and payment agreed in advance. We value attributable outcomes over company names or job titles.
