POSITION OVERVIEW
As a student, you will support the Marketing team with a variety of tasks. We have opportunities in three different teams:
Market Research
Assist in reviewing and preparing survey questionnaires and schedules.
Support the team in processing survey data and verifying accuracy.
Help create templates and organize information for research reports.
Collaborate with team members on project-related tasks and stay informed about research practices.
Client Experience Team
Assist the team in gathering and organizing client feedback and operational data.
Help analyze data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the documentation of client journeys and related processes using established tools.
Contribute to preparing presentations and communication materials for internal stakeholders.
Digital Platforms Team
Support web updates: Help process requests to update content on our websites and make sure everything looks good and follows our standards.
Assist with planning: Contribute to organizing tasks and priorities for web projects.
Collaborate with teams: Work with designers, developers, and business partners to ensure changes meet user needs.
Quality checks: Participate in testing to make sure everything works before it goes live.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
Autonomy, initiative and attention to details.
Completed at least one year of post-secondary studies in a relevant field and be enrolled full-time in a program for the fall 2026 semester.
Bilingualism in English and French is required.
