Position: Summer Student – IT, Support
Location: Montreal, Quebec
Start/End Date: May 2026 to August 2026
We are looking for a Summer Student to support our IT, Help Desk Support Department.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the company-wide deployment of new laptops
- Support the configuration / building of PCs and applications
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Perform all other related tasks/projects required during the internship
*Group Research project: Each summer, all recruited students take part in a collaborative project focused on a current maritime issue or a topic related to the company’s operations. The theme is selected annually by the program mentors and approved by senior management. This initiative represents roughly 20% of the students’ overall workload. Beyond fostering teamwork on a shared objective, it provides an opportunity to gain deeper insight into the dry bulk shipping industry.
