About the role

  • We’re hiring a Strategy & Insights Manager to join our growing team and shape the future of influencer marketing. You’ll bring data to life through storytelling, drive strategic growth for our clients, and support innovation across our internal products and marketing efforts.

What you'll do

  • 🔍 Market Intelligence
  • Research platforms, brands, and verticals
  • Use social listening tools (e.g., Infegy, Brandwatch) to uncover insights
  • Identify cultural trends shaping content and influencer strategy

📊 Strategy & Insights Support

  • Build data-rich decks for pitches and campaigns
  • Translate data into compelling narratives
  • Align creator ecosystems and platform behaviors with campaign goals

🤖 AI & Content Intelligence

  • Track how influencer content is indexed in AI and search
  • Support initiatives around trendspotting and creator discovery using AI

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative, New Business, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Help evolve our internal research methods and reporting frameworks

Qualifications


✅ 6–8 years experience in strategy, insights, consumer research, influencer marketing, or similar
✍️ A strong writer and storyteller who brings clarity to complexity
🧠 Curious, proactive, and scrappy—you love turning noise into signal
📈 Familiar with tools like Infegy, YouGov, SparkToro, TikTok Creative Center, Reddit, ChatGPT
📊 Strong with Google Slides or PowerPoint
🔮 Bonus: Trend forecasting, creator discovery, or early-stage AI experience
🏢 Bonus: Experience at a startup or marketing-tech company
