About the role

  • We’re hiring a Strategy Manager to join our growing team and help shape the future of influencer marketing. You’ll bring cultural insight and creative strategy to life through storytelling, source high-quality creators who align with client goals, and support innovation across campaigns, client renewals, and agency marketing efforts.

What you'll do

🔍 Market Intelligence Support

  • Research platforms, brands, and verticals
  • Analyze data pulled from social listening tools (e.g., Infegy, Brandwatch) to craft compelling, data-driven campaign narratives 
  • Identify algorithm-centric cultural trends shaping content and influencer strategy

📊 Strategy Support

  • Build data-rich decks for pitches and campaigns
  • Translate data into compelling narratives
  • Source high-quality, relevant creators within the social landscape
  • Craft compelling campaign concepts that offer creative excellence + demonstrate innovative thinking
  • Align creator ecosystems and platform behaviors with campaign goals
  • Confidently present strategies to clients, articulating insights and recommendations in a clear, persuasive way
  • Act as a consultative partner to clients, brainstorming live and shaping strategic approaches in real time

🤖 AI & Content Intelligence

  • Continuously explore and apply innovative AI-driven processes to elevate proposals and client deliverables
  • Support initiatives around trendspotting and creator discovery using AI

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with multiple teams to deliver strategic impact across the business:

  • Creative: Support ongoing client renewals with trend and creator insight
  • New Business: Contribute to RFPs with standout strategy and creator POVs
  • Marketing: Provide strategic input and support for agency webinars and thought leadership content
    Product: Partner with internal stakeholders on evolving agency tech and UI needs
  • Agency-Wide: Support case study upkeep to ensure best-in-class examples of our work are captured and published

Qualifications


✅ 6–8 years experience in strategy, insights, consumer research, influencer marketing, or similar
✍️ A strong writer and storyteller who brings clarity to complexity
🧠 Curious, proactive, and scrappy—you love turning noise into signal
📈 Familiar with tools like Infegy, YouGov, SparkToro, TikTok Creative Center, Reddit, ChatGPT
📊 Strong with Google Slides or PowerPoint
🔮 Bonus: Trend forecasting, creator discovery, or early-stage AI experience
🏢 Bonus: Experience at a startup, creative agency, or marketing-tech company

🎨 Major Bonus: Strong visual design skills
