Strategy and Skills Development Intern

We are seeking a Strategy and Skills Development Intern with strong analytical skills and a forward-thinking mindset to contribute to our technology roadmap. You will play a key role in defining the strategy that will enable our engineering teams to innovate and support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in research and analysis for building the strategic technology plan,1-3-year vision.

• Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify best practices and emerging technologies.

• Collaborate on identifying training needs and developing programs to enhance the skills of engineering teams.

• Assist in creating presentations, documentation, and communications to ensure team alignment with the strategic vision.

• The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Strategy, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong interest in corporate strategy and technology planning.

• Excellent research, analytical, and synthesis skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to create compelling presentations.
