We are seeking a Strategy and Skills Development Intern with strong analytical skills and a forward-thinking mindset to contribute to our technology roadmap. You will play a key role in defining the strategy that will enable our engineering teams to innovate and support the company's growth.
Responsibilities
Participate in research and analysis for building the strategic technology plan,1-3-year vision.
Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify best practices and emerging technologies.
Collaborate on identifying training needs and developing programs to enhance the skills of engineering teams.
Assist in creating presentations, documentation, and communications to ensure team alignment with the strategic vision.
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Strategy, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in corporate strategy and technology planning.
Excellent research, analytical, and synthesis skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to create compelling presentations.
