Position Summary:
Trend Micro is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to lead Trend Micro’s growth strategies toward key partners in Canada. The Strategic Partner Manager will develop and manage the implementation of sales strategies as well as the plans and programs that are designed to achieve and exceed organic revenue growth goals. This individual will be responsible for managing key relationships and will continue to brand Trend Micro with the partner's executive staff, senior and middle management, and sales and technical consultants. The Strategic Partner Manager will be tasked with developing solutions within sales segment verticals and enabling those sales verticals to sell Trend Micro solutions.
Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and drive sales plans to increase Partner sales revenue.

Build relationships at all levels within each Partner.

Create and drive the business opportunity for Trend Micro products which is relevant to the Partner’s core business.

Recruit, bring on board, and enable new Partners.

Manage deal registration and sales pipeline.
-
Produce and execute marketing and lead generation plans in conjunction with the Partner and Trend field teams.

Effectively sell the portfolio of Trend Micro's products to the Partner executive team, technical support, and functional titles such as sales, customer service, and purchasing.

Enable Partner through training and education on sales, customer service, products, markets, technical knowledge, and programs.

Work closely with Trend Micro Canada BU leadership team.

Partner sales strategy development, including market trends and sales plans aligned with company goals, new business opportunities, and target accounts within the region.

Work closely with Canada operations on pricing strategy and approvals.
Required Qualifications:

Based in the greater Toronto area.
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management or similar field.
-
Proven track record and over-achievement of quota in Channel Management.
-
+5 years of related experience managing strategic relationships.
-
Ability to travel 50% of the time.
-
Experience working with cybersecurity vendors.
-
Experience in lead generation event management.
-
Sales and Sales Management experience.

Trend Micro Canada is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The OTE (On-Target Earnings) for this role is CAD $165,000.00 – $200,000.00. A candidate’s final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors to include, but not limited to relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
