What You’ll Do- Own core GTM planning and forecasting processes, including annual planning, monthly financial reviews, weekly operating rhythms, and long-range planning.
- Own analysis of key business drivers across the funnel, including conversion, productivity, CAC, payback, and net retention, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Deployment leadership on headcount planning, quota and capacity models, resource allocation, and performance management.
- Partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives such as pricing, packaging, new product launches, and investment prioritization.
- Prepare clear, high-quality materials for executive and board discussions, distilling complex data into concise narratives and decision points.

- 6+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a related analytical role.
- Experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environment, ideally in a role supporting GTM, revenue, or growth functions.
- Strong financial modeling skills and a structured, first-principles approach to problem solving.
- Fluency in core SaaS and GTM metrics, including ARR, pipeline conversion, CAC, payback, LTV, and net retention.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders and influencing decisions through data, judgment, and strong communication.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and a high-ownership environment where priorities evolve quickly.
