WHO WE NEED:
As a Strategic Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our New Accounts & Markets at the Enterprise Level. You will be responsible for generating leads, initiating contact with prospects, and helping to close opportunities for our sales team.
- A minimum of 4 years of prior Sales experience
- 3+ Years in Construction, Engineering, or relevant experience
- 2+ Years of Enterprise Sales Experience
- Demonstrated success in serving customers across sales or customers success with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects and deliverables, while navigating competing priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with key decision makers in target accounts
- Effectively manage early to mid stages of large sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, and product demonstrations
- Effective problem solving and solutioning for new and complex sales cycles
- Communicate the value of our software and services to customers effectively
- Develop prospecting plan for Enterprise Accounts and align with business development team for execution of the plan
- Leverage Salesforce with records, customer information, and leverage insights
- Achieve annual and quarterly goals of booking and revenue targets through accurate deal forecasting
- Implement a sales strategy to meet and exceed your sales quota
- Software Suite Knowledge: Possess and deliver in-depth knowledge of our software suite, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of its features and capabilities.
- License Structure and Quoting: Demonstrate comfort with license structures and provide broad baseline quoting assistance during client interactions.
- Tradeshow and Territory Travel: Travel to national tradeshows to represent the company and generate leads
- Strategic Alignment with Marketing: Partner with the Marketing team to align campaign strategies, ensuring a unified approach
- Revenue Production: Drive revenue production by making outbound cold calls and converting leads into high-quality opportunities.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Generate, qualify, and develop a substantial volume of inbound & outbound leads to contribute to a robust sales pipeline.
- Utilize Tool Stack: Effectively use a tool stack to optimize lead generation processes and contribute to pipeline growth.
- Lead presentations or demonstrations of our products to prospective customers.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and customers.
- Display strong communication skills with operational and c-suite executives.
- Remain in regular contact with customers to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain our company's quality standards.
