Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Production, Administration, le ou la stagiaire fournira du soutien à différents secteurs du service Administration dans la gestion des systèmes d’archivage, la saisie des données, la résolution des transactions rejetées par le processus de traitement automatisé sur les polices d’assurance, l’archivage et le classement des dossiers ainsi que toute autres tâches pertinentes afin de rencontrer les objectifs du service.

Stage 12 mois avec entré en service janvier 2026

  • 15-20 hres / semaine hors saison estivale
  • 37.5 hres / semaine en saison estivale

Responsabilités :

  • Soutien à la résolution des transactions de réassurance-vie rejetées par le processus de validation automatisée du système d’administration.
  • Saisie de données alphanumérique dans le système informatique.
  • Projets spéciaux : revue des accès et de la structure des archivages et, numérisation des archives.
  • Classement.
  • Remplacement à la réception au besoin (pauses-déjeuner et absences)
  • Toute autre tâche connexe.

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme universitaire en administration en voie d’obtention.
  • Connaissances de SharePoint.
  • Expérience en saisie de données.
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (écrit et parlé) est requise pour analyser les données transactionnelles en anglais et servir la clientèle anglophone.
  • Bonnes connaissances en microinformatique (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Connaissances en VBA, SQL, TypeScript et Power Automate sont des atouts
  • Connaissance de l’édition et montage vidéo un atout

The mission of the Administration department at RGA is to provide internal and external business partners with quality data on a timely basis.

Reporting to the Director Production, Administration, the intern will provide support to various areas of the Administration department in filing systems, data entry, resolution of transactions rejected by the automated policy processing system, archiving, filing, and any other relevant tasks to meet departmental objectives.  

12 month Internship starting January 2026

  • 15-20 hrs per week outside summer season
  • 37.5 hrs per week in summer season

Responsibilities:

  • Support for the resolution of life reinsurance transactions rejected by the administration system's automated validation process.
  • Alphanumeric data entry into the computer system.
  • Special projects: review of access and archive structure, digitization of archives.
  • Filing.
  • Replacement at reception as needed (lunch breaks and absences).
  • Any other tasks.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Administration in progress.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required to analyze transactional data in English and serve English-speaking clients.
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of VBA, SQL, TypeScript and Power Automate is an asset.
  • Knowledge of video editing is an asset.
