Le rôle: Le ou la stagiaire en ressources humaines appuiera les opérations quotidiennes des RH et offrira un soutien administratif. Ce poste permet d’acquérir une expérience concrète en recrutement, intégration des nouveaux employés, gestion des dossiers du personnel, soutien en santé et sécurité, ainsi qu’en conformité RH dans une industrie opérationnelle et axée sur la sécurité.Responsabilités
  • Aider aux activités de recrutement, y compris l’affichage des postes, la présélection des CV et la planification des entrevues
  • Soutenir les processus d’accueil et d’intégration des nouveaux employés (chauffeurs et personnel administratif)
  • Tenir à jour et gérer les dossiers des employés
  • Effectuer la saisie de données, la production de rapports et le suivi des indicateurs RH
  • Soutenir les initiatives en santé et sécurité, la coordination des formations et la documentation de conformité
  • Répondre aux questions de base des employés et rediriger les demandes au besoin
  • Participer aux projets RH, aux mises à jour de politiques et aux améliorations de processus
  • Effectuer diverses tâches administratives selon les besoins
Qualifications
  • Être actuellement inscrit(e) à un programme postsecondaire en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps, avec un grand souci du détail
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale
  • Capacité à traiter des informations confidentielles avec professionnalisme et discrétion
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en collaboration au sein d’une équipe
  • Intérêt pour les ressources humaines dans un secteur du transport, de la logistique ou un environnement sensible à la sécurité (un atout)

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Student to support our HR team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced transportation environment.
The Role: The Human Resources Student will assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative support. This role provides exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, health & safety support, and HR compliance within a safety-sensitive and operationally driven industry.
Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes for drivers and office staff
  • Maintain and update employee files 
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and HR metrics
  • Support health & safety initiatives, training coordination, and compliance documentation
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries and redirect as appropriate
  • Assist with HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements
  • Perform general administrative duties as required
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary Human Resources, Business Administration, or related program
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Interest in Human Resources within a transportation, logistics, or safety-sensitive industry is an asset
