This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

   

Join a small engineering team working on Aruba Central. The internship is hybrid only and focuses on frontend development and Linux toolchains.

What you’ll do  

• Build user‑facing features in React + TypeScript  
• Work closely with senior frontend designers and UX designers to implement UI/UX specifications  
• Use the Linux command line for development and debugging  
• Write tests, participate in code reviews, and document your work
• Tech stack  
• React, TypeScript  
• Linux shell, Git, npm/yarn  
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library

Qualifications  

• Current student or recent grad in CS or related field  
• Experience with React and TypeScript (projects or coursework)  
• Comfortable using the Linux command line  
• Good communicator, eager to learn, and strong team player
