Sous la supervision du/de la responsable des ressources humaines, la personne sélectionnée participera activement au processus de recrutement.
Responsabilités principales :
- Effectuer le tri et l’analyse des curriculum vitae
- Présélectionner les candidatures selon les critères établis
- Réaliser des entrevues téléphoniques de présélection (français et anglais)
- Rédiger des notes et recommandations suite aux entrevues
- Collaborer avec l’équipe RH pour la planification des entrevues
Exigences :
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit)
- Bon sens de l’organisation et souci du détail
- Aisance au téléphone et bonnes habiletés communicationnelles
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs candidatures simultanément
Atouts :
- Expérience en service à la clientèle ou en recrutement
- Connaissance des plateformes de recrutement (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
