RESPONSABILITÉS
- Aider à la gestion des documents et des dossiers clients
- Organiser et classer les documents fiscaux et comptables
- Effectuer des tâches administratives liées à la préparation des déclarations fiscales
- Apprendre et préparer des déclarations fiscales simples sous supervision
- Vérifier l’exactitude des informations et des pièces justificatives
- Assurer le respect des échéances et des obligations fiscales
- Se familiariser avec les logiciels comptables et fiscaux utilisés par l’entreprise
- Effectuer la facturation des clients (T1)
- Réaliser la tenue de livres de base pour les travailleurs autonomes
- Guider les clients qui se présentent en personne dans l’utilisation du site internet
Requirements
EXIGENCES
- Stage réalisé en présentiel au bureau
- Disponibilité minimale de 35 heures par semaine
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Être en cours de formation en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe
- Volonté d’apprendre et proactivité
- Rigueur et souci du détail
- Bon sens de l’organisation et gestion des priorités
- Maîtrise de base d’Excel et des outils de la suite Office
- Esprit d’équipe et attitude professionnelle
