Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute
- to the development and integration of Intelcom’s systems.
- Manage integration tasks, ensuring seamless communication between various systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system functionality and efficiency.
- Drive system design initiatives to enhance the overall architecture and ensure scalable, efficient solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship
- to senior and junior developers.
- Ensure the successful execution of various projects.
- Other duties as assigned, related to system integration and software development.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software development and systems integration.
- Strong proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Expertise in designing intuitive, reusable, and scalable software components.
- Ability to simplify complex systems through effective use of data structures and algorithms.
- Proven experience making sound architectural decisions, including framework selection and build-vs-buy evaluations.
- Ownership of system health, testing strategy, and long-term maintainability.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align technical decisions with Intelcom’s business goals.
- Strong understanding of Intelcom’s products, customers, and operational priorities.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and mentorship across engineering teams.
- Clear communication of complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
