Responsibilities
  • Develop high-speed packages for advanced ASICs, focusing on substrate selection and ultra-broadband passive structures.

   

  • Create and validate design specifications, including prototyping and detailed design processing.

   

  • Provide PCB design guidelines, including stack-up, routing, and tolerance analysis.

   

  • Conduct broad band measurements up to 90GHz, ensuring design verification using probe stations.

   

  • Publish comprehensive test reports with recommendations to enhance product development.

   

  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and optimize 3D EM models.

   

  • Integrate and verify proof of concepts and evaluation boards for next-generation products.

   

Utilize tools such as HFSS, ADS, and Matlab for simulation and modeling tasks 


Qualifications

 Must-Have:

   

  • M.Sc./Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with specialization in microwave design

   

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HFSS modeling and ADS

   

  • Proven design experience with passive structures above 50GHz

   

  • In-depth measurement experience using VNAs and probing techniques

   

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Nice-To-Have:

   

  • Familiarity with Electro-optics and RF test equipment

   

  • Experience with PCB, HDBU, mSAP fabrication techniques

   

  • Proficiency in Matlab and other modeling tools

   

  • Knowledge of LTCC materials and fabrication

   

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
