About the Role

In this role, you will transform data, telemetry, and industry research into compelling narratives that showcase the value of Okta and Auth0. You will ensure Okta’s point of view comes through in flagship reports and marquee insights initiatives, with clear executive alignment and global activation across both business and practitioner audiences.

This is a cross-functional leadership role that requires close collaboration with Product, Data, Professional Services, Industry PMMs, and Campaigns. What You’ll Do
  • Lead flagship thought leadership reports: Own the strategy, development, and execution of Okta’s global reports, embedding data, research, and frameworks into differentiated narratives.

  • Drive cross-functional activation: Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Global Campaigns, Programs, PR/Comms, and regional marketing to package insights into multi-format experiences and scalable toolkits, plus derivative content (blogs, webinars, sales collateral) that fuel awareness, demand, and enablement.
  • Resonate with multiple audiences: Ensure initiatives connect with both leadership audiences in IT, Security, Product, and Engineering and practitioners (developers, architects, security operators), showing the full business and technical value of identity solutions.
  • Monitor industry and competitive trends: Track news, research, and competitive narratives to ensure Okta’s thought leadership is timely, differentiated, and part of the broader market conversation.
  • Measure and optimize impact: Define KPIs, track performance with analytics partners, and clearly communicate results back to stakeholders to continuously improve how insights programs drive brand leadership, engagement, and pipeline.
What You’ll Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or related fields (B2B SaaS or security/identity experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate a strategic point of view that influences executives and external audiences.
  • Strong storytelling and messaging skills, with experience shaping narratives for both business leaders and technical practitioners.
  • Experience collaborating across global and industry-focused teams to tailor messaging for regions and verticals.
  • Ability to work with creative partners or agencies to deliver insights-driven content that is both credible and engaging.
  • Excellent program management skills; able to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion.
  • Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
