The Design Team
You’ll join a distributed and diverse team of designers who see design as both craft and catalyst. We believe design is never static, it evolves with our users, our products, and our own curiosity. Some days that means diving deep into research and validation, others it’s refining existing flows, and often it’s imagining bold new ways to move our product forward.

The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll tackle some of the toughest design challenges in enterprise SaaS: making complex identity systems simple, secure, and scalable. You’ll lead design across multiple product teams, guiding strategy while delivering elegant solutions that help global businesses adopt and grow on our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Shape intuitive, scalable experiences for enterprise customers with high standards for security, customization, and multi-brand support.
- Design migration and implementation flows that make complex enterprise adoption seamless.
- Simplify challenging developer workflows across surfaces (web apps, APIs, CLI, SDKs).
- Partner closely with product and engineering to align on priorities, clarify problems, and deliver long-term impact.
- Define success metrics and apply research-driven insights to iterate and deliver measurable impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Typically has 8+ years of product design experience, including 4+ in enterprise or B2B SaaS
- Strong background in complex systems design, security, compliance, and customization.
- Experience with developer platforms and technical products, designing across multiple surfaces.
- Proven ability to balance UI excellence with systems thinking.
- Clear communicator who builds trust with global teams and stakeholders.
- Passionate mentor and thought partner, influencing beyond your immediate product team.
Bonus Points
- Experience with identity, authentication, or security products.
- Familiarity with modern front-end development practices.
Your work will directly influence how businesses worldwide secure and scale their digital experiences.
**This role requires you to attend in person orientation in Toronto.

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience.
