What you'll be doing.
Strategic Content
- Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for leader communications including speeches, scripts, presentations, emails, internal announcements, intranet stories, social content, podcasts and more.
- Identify and mine stories from across the global organization to advance our winning culture, deepen engagement and contribute to McCain's reputation as a great place to work.
- Ensure all materials reflect the executive's authentic voice while maintaining professional standards and strategic intent.
- Provide counsel on communications strategies, anticipate issues and recommend proactive strategies to enhance leadership visibility and credibility.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with business partners and subject matter experts to ensure the successful execution of communications deliverables.
- Manage workflow with executive offices, actively collaborating with Strategy & Transformation teams, HR Business Partners and the broader Global Leadership Communications team.
- Collaborate across the wider Global Internal Communications and Change Management team, as well as with external and regional communications teams.
Execution Excellence
- Prepare leaders for speaking engagements, town halls and other high-visibility events, including global leader connects, employee all hands events, and other enterprise events.
- Ensure content is published and events are produced on time, as planned
- Actively track and report data on key metrics to gauge content, event and campaign success.
- Conceptualize and design visually stunning graphics, presentations, and communication materials using Microsoft and AI tools.
- Drive efficiency, simplification and team cross-training to educate team members and support new ways of working.
- Produce events with planning, communications and flawless execution
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality, accuracy and creativity.
- Ad hoc deliverables to support Global HR and Communications goals
What you'll need to be successful.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong business acumen.
- Experience supporting leaders with high degree of executive presence.
- Business or professional degree, MBA an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.
- PR Agency, CPG or Retail experience preferred.
- Excellent project management skills with high degree of agility.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive, calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly.
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines.
- Highly creative mindset with a passion for pushing boundaries.
