Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of the ServiceNow implementation program, from planning and design through deployment and stabilization.
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and business units to define requirements, scope, and success criteria.
Manage vendor relationships, including ServiceNow partners and system integrators.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
Drive change management, training, and communication strategies to support adoption.
Monitor program performance, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
Provide regular updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
7+ years of experience in program or project management.
At least 3 years experience leading ServiceNow implementations.
PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications are strongly recommended
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing ServiceNow in a utility or energy sector environment.
Familiarity with regulatory and operational requirements specific to utilities.
Knowledge of integration with legacy systems and data migration strategies.

Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

Follows standard practice and procedures when analyzing situations or data
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Technical Skills
Knowledgeable about project management standards and methodologies (waterfall and agile)
Knowledgeable about financial forecasting and analysis
Knowledgeable about SDLC methodologies
Certifications (Preferred)
PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow
Salary Range
$44.65 - $74.42 USD (Hourly)- Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
