We're currently seeking a Senior Risk Program Manager to help us create a new industry accreditation program. Read on to see if you're a great fit!
What You'll Do:
This highly visible and strategic role is seeking a candidate to serve as the SambaSafety Senior Risk Program Manager and to help to shape a new industry standard for fleet safety through an accreditation program. The ideal candidate will have a background in Fleet Risk Management, has written and managed risk/safety policies and processes to scale, monitored and measured safety performance, understands the fleet safety ecosystem, and has some familiarity with negotiating with insurance carriers or brokers. This pivotal role will be highly collaborative across marketing, customer success, product, sales and executive leadership to build and support program design, acquisition of fleet enrollment, member activation, analytics and enhance customer experience and continuous innovation of the program including the following:
  • Innovate the program benefits and operating mechanics
  • Manage the accreditation program membership database, logo usage, communications to membership and the membership lifecycle
  • Manage analytics for the program to ensure consistency in reporting
  • Support program growth through strategic thought leadership
  • Support program rollout and adoption efforts across geographies, ensuring strong operational alignment and readiness
  • Help develop and support programming in support of program including identifying potential brand ambassadors
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in the fleet risk management and safety.

What you'll need:
  • Proven track record as a Fleet Risk and Safety Manager, EHS Manager, or related title/role
  • Experience building, monitoring and measuring Fleet Risk Safety and policy effectiveness
  • Understanding of building programs to scale with a strong appreciation for change management
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 Suite and other enterprise grade applications
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze and interpret data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both customers and internal cross-functional teams
  • Strong written, oral communication skills and a dynamic presenter
  • Strategic thinker with disciplined creative passion and willingness to be hands on
  • Ability to travel for business up to 15%
