We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and creative Sr. Product Manager with a strong background in product innovation to define, develop, and deliver the product strategy for our globally recognized video platforms.

In this role, you will shape product requirements, drive go-to-market strategy, and champion the needs of our users while supporting revenue growth. This position is inherently cross-functional - you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer experience to launch new features and build new business opportunities. A key focus will be on supporting and empowering content creators, from individual creators to large studios. You should have experience cultivating and maintaining external relationships through professional communication & outreach.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing a deep understanding of Content Creators, their needs, challenges and goals.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the creator platform, advocating for better solutions from the creator’s prospective.
  • Advance product vision and strategy by defining short, medium, and long-term roadmaps and feature sets.
  • Continuously optimizing for a world-class user experience.
  • Collaborate with design team to create intuitive, modern interfaces across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain open communication with Creator Support teams to quickly address issues implement feedback.
  • Work closely with engineering to deliver product on time and on budget.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that could impede business, financial, or technical goals.
  • Actively manage content strategy.

What you’ll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, design, engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience working cross functionally with design, engineering, usability, and content development teams.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions and build business cases.
  • Experience influencing change and managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules.

Nice to Haves:

  • Passion for creating innovative solutions for users.
  • Experience delivering consumer products and services in a high growth environment.
  • Background in B2B environment with client relationship management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including clear and effective customer communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and execute methodically.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous innovation.
