About the job

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join as a founding member of our new B2B vertical. This is a rare opportunity to build a new product from the ground up and shape the experience for an entirely new customer segment.

You'll be the design lead working alongside product, engineering, and business stakeholders to create elegant, user-centric solutions that solve real problems. This role requires someone who can thrive in ambiguity, move quickly without sacrificing quality, and balance multiple priorities while keeping the customer experience at the center of every decision.

What would your day-to-day look like

  • Design end-to-end web experiences, owning the full process from concept through launch

  • Conduct customer interviews and usability tests, then leverage both qualitative feedback and quantitative data—tracking user behavior, analyzing metrics, and running experiments—to validate and iterate on designs

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and ship features

  • Create simple, logical UI that makes complex workflows feel effortless

  • Balance user advocacy with business goals and technical constraints

  • Make smart tradeoffs between speed, learning, and competing priorities

  • Lead design reviews with external partners and build strong cases for design decisions

An ideal candidate has

  • 3+ years designing modern digital products with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end web design work and process

  • Proven track record designing 0-to-1 experiences from concept through launch using Figma and prototyping tools

  • Collaborates effectively with product and engineering teams in agile settings, clearly articulating design rationale and assessing technical feasibility to simplify where needed

  • Shows strong judgment making data-driven decisions grounded in research, testing, and metrics—comfortable prioritizing and making tradeoffs without waiting for absolute certainty

  • Thrives as part of a founding team—scrappy, resourceful, passionate about solving real customer problems, and has no ego when it comes to being wrong or changing direction

  • Perks and benefits of working with us:

  • Well-funded and proven startup with large ambitions, competitive salary and upsides of pre-IPO equity packages.

  • Hopper covers 100% of the premiums for group insurance plan.

  • Hopper offers life, short term and long term disability coverage.

  • HSA that covers eligible medical and dental expenses.

  • All employees and dependents have access to Dialogue’s telemedicine services, anytime, anywhere.

  • All employees have access to an RRSP plan with automatic pre-tax withdrawals per pay.

  • Please ask us about our very generous parental leave, much above industry standards!.

  • Unlimited PTO.

  • Carrot Cash travel stipend.

  • Access to co-working space on demand through FlexDesk AND Work-from-home stipend.

  • Entrepreneurial culture where pushing limits and taking risks is everyday business.

  • Open communication with management and company leadership.

  • Small, dynamic teams = massive impact.
