TransUnion Canada is seeking a strategic and analytical leader with a passion for product excellence and operational rigor. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is motivated by the opportunity to drive meaningful impact across the organization.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years in Product Management, Operations, or related disciplines; Financial Services experience highly preferred.
  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and program management.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence with and without direct authority.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate corporate goals into actionable product plans.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a bias toward action.
  • Collaboration: Skilled at building alliances across functions and geographies.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable leading in ambiguous situations and virtual environments.
  • Presentation Skills: Advanced ability to present to diverse audiences across business and technical domain.

Impact You'll Make:

As the Senior Manager of Product Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing TransUnion Canada’s product strategy. You’ll lead a team of product owners and drive operational excellence across multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market needs. Your leadership will enable faster speed-to-market, improved prioritization, and enhanced collaboration across business units.

You will be responsible for managing the TransUnion Canada Solutions Product Roadmap, overseeing feature planning, and ensuring robust governance from concept through delivery. Your ability to synthesize complex information, influence stakeholders, and foster cross-functional alignment will be key to delivering exceptional user experiences and scalable product solutions.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead a team of product owners, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Own the Solutions Group Product Roadmap and Program Increment feature planning.
  • Establish and manage prioritization frameworks for product initiatives.
  • Ensure governance and structure for intake processes from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategies with business goals.
  • Drive operational efficiency and portfolio reporting across product lines.
  • Consult with business unit leaders to understand needs and share best practices.
  • Support the development and launch of new product extensions and enhancements.
  • Build development plans for team members to support career growth.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
