Position Purpose: Drive product performance, gather and interpret customer insights, and support the Product Manager in executing strategic product initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet customer needs effectively and align with business objectives. Support the product manager and delivery teams in understanding existing business processes and how product impacts those processes and the customer experience.

  • Lead the collection and analysis of customer feedback and market data to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to gather deeper customer insights.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) based on Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to derive actionable insights for product improvement.
  • Identify trends and patterns to support strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to load content for supported applications.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to track product performance metrics.
  • Assist in grooming and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the digital strategy and OKRs.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to refine and prioritize user stories.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager, Design team, and other stakeholders to support the development of key deliverables, such as Service Blueprints, that cross multiple customer touchpoints through all channels. Ensure service blueprints are updated and maintained.
  • Lead experience and technical discovery sessions, including co-creation workshops and prototyping activities.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand business processes and fill gaps in the Product Manager's and/or delivery team's knowledge.
  • Define capabilities and features, and create User Stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that requirements are clearly communicated to the delivery team.
  • Identify, document, and track customer requirements across the customer experience.
  • Identify and coordinate business requirement dependencies.
  • Ensure all dependencies are documented and managed effectively.
  • Evaluate and document existing business processes.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of how specific business units in the organization operate to account for that in gathering and analyzing requirements.
  • Review completed work and provide feedback to ensure product quality and alignment with objectives.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes.
  • Prepare for and facilitate feature demonstrations for stakeholders, providing insights and product expertise where needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
  • Actively engage in Scrum ceremonies to promote effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Advocate for Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Pay Range: $73,800.00 - $132,700.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
