As a Global RGM Analytics Analyst, you will play a critical hands-on role supporting the design, execution, and delivery of advanced analytics that drive fact-based Revenue Growth Management decisions globally. You will directly contribute to the development of Pricing, PPA, Promotion, Mix and Trade ROI analytics solutions - enabling markets and leadership to make better commercial decisions rooted in data and insights.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with your Manager, Global, Regional and Local RGM teams, and cross-functional partners to structure data, build models, generate insights, and ensure analytics solutions are robust, actionable, and business-ready.

The base salary range for this position is $83,800 to $115,225; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Key Accountabilities
1.RGM Analytics Tools & Solutions Development & Execution:
- Support design, development & deployment of RGM Analytics Capabilities & Toolkit to transform complex data into RGM strategies & actions, in partnership with RGM Commercial CoE and Global MDS Teams.
- Develop and refine advanced analytics models and tools (e.g., Price Elasticity, iPPA diagnostics, Portfolio Simulators, TPO, TPM etc.) to support strategic RGM decisions.
- Conduct rigorous data validation, cleaning, preparation, and processing to ensure reliable inputs into RGM Analytics Solutions
- Partner with the Global MDS Teams to continuously improve data pipelines and integration.
Insight Generation & Reporting:
- Translate analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights that influence pricing, pack, promo, and portfolio strategies & implications and ensure they are integrated into business plans.
- Support the development of RGM Frameworks & Tools to monitor key performance indicators, continuously tracking outcomes and learning to optimize RGM levers.
- Prepare analytical summaries and key findings to support RGM capability-building sessions, market rollouts, and leadership meetings.
Collaboration & Capability Building:
- Collaborate closely with Global, Regional & Local - RGM, Insights & Analytics, and Cross-functional stakeholders to support deployment and adoption of RGM Analytics Tools & Solutions.
- Participate actively in learning sessions, global forums, and peer sharing opportunities within the RGM Analytics community.
- Develop personal skills through ongoing learning, feedback, and structured development plans.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Certifications in advanced analytics, data science, and/ or AI/ML etc.

- Collaborate closely with Global, Regional & Local Teams to ensure timely and high-quality analytics outputs.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Experience
- 2-3 years of professional experience in business analytics, data science, or commercial insights, preferably within FMCG/CPG or consulting.
- Foundational understanding of core analytical techniques such as regression, price elasticity modeling, promotion analytics, forecasting, or optimization.
- Experience with tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Alteryx for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
