About The Role:

As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst and part of the IT Team, you’ll partner with Procure-to-Pay Business Stakeholders to define and document business process requirements based on Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, and other finance business applications.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead solution design of finance applications' future state vision, including identification of IT Finance initiatives and development of finance applications roadmap for Procure-to-Pay process area.

  • Work closely with Finance Transformation to define finance systems strategy, deliver new plus enhance existing finance systems.

  • Refine IT process management framework, perform process assessments and implement process improvements.

  • Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPIs; support the delivery of KPI dashboards and other business analytics.

  • Build and deliver training regarding optimal use of finance tools and technology.

  • Translate business requirements into user stories; manage and prioritize the product backlog for an agile delivery team.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are accurate and complete.

What You’ll Need:

  • Solid understanding of global Procure-to-Pay processes including Vendor Management, Vendor Bill processing, AP processing, Agile principles, and ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.

  • Good knowledge of SDLC process.

  • SaaS industry experience.

  • A proven track record of owning, planning, and delivering finance application projects.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with senior, cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities.

  • Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement.

  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity, work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong project management and organization skills required to manage work across multiple projects in parallel.

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of other finance applications such as SAP, SFDC, Blackline.

  • Prior ERP and/or other finance system implementation experience for Procure-to-Pay process area.

  • Experience within a publicly traded multi-national company, preferably high-growth company.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $110,000 - $190,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
