WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Design, develop, and implement optimization models to support strategic decision-making across business units.
  • Build and maintain simulation models (e.g., discrete-event, Monte Carlo) to evaluate system performance under various scenarios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of changes in key variables.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and methodologies in optimization and simulation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in optimization modeling, simulation analysis, or advanced analytics.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, AnyLogic, Arena, Gurobi, CPLEX, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of linear programming, mixed-integer programming, stochastic modeling, and other optimization techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their integration with simulation models.
  • Knowledge of Digital Twin technologies.
