What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer engineering, computer science or economics (or relevant work experience)
- MBA from a top-tier university highly desired (but not required)
- 10 years of professional experience in products, partner management, business development or procurement
- 10 years’ experience sourcing transformational partnerships in the data/technology space
- Prior experience working with technology companies in the financial services software solutions area (highly desired)
- Knowledge and ability to apply various partnership frameworks to external opportunities
- Demonstrated strategic thinking around how partnerships and can enable business goals
- Prior experience in financial technology, enterprise software sales, alliances, and channel management
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal with executive presence
- Ability to develop and synthesize materials for executive management
- Ability to build and covey compelling value propositions
Impact You'll Make:
The Partnership Development Sr. Advisor will be responsible for TransUnion Canada's reseller, platform and distribution partners to increase adoption and reach of TransUnion Canada solutions to B2B customers across industries such as financial services, insurance, and retail and new market adjacencies. This will include our existing and new innovative solutions that have launched or will be launched.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the partnerships roadmap - analyzing market trends, gathering Voice of Customer from collaboration with Sales, Marketing Planning and Development and Consulting teams.
- Work with international product and platform teams to deliver on the strategy locally, as well as providing local insights to inform international partnership ideation, creating alignment between local and international stakeholders
- Deliver value proposition to external partners to drive adoption of TransUnion solutions through their channels
- Oversee and influence continuous improvement of the internal local and international operating model
- Develop go-to-market plans and tools (training, sales tool kit materials, product collateral, training) that accelerate the sales cycle and articulate compelling value propositions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align and drive customer and product value proposition
- Internal and external solutions subject matter expert
- Report on monthly KPIs including revenue, partnership opportunities, roll out plans for new and existing partnerships
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
