Lead the design and implementation of deterministic and agentic security automation systems for Falcon Complete MDR. Build scalable services, data pipelines, integrations, and workflows that accelerate threat detection, investigation, triage, and response. Collaborate with analysts and engineering stakeholders, improve reliability and monitoring, participate in on-call rotations, mentor engineers, review designs and code, and establish technical standards for AI-powered security operations.

Monitor, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments. Analyze EDR telemetry, logs, forensic artifacts, malware, and Microsoft 365 incidents to determine compromise scope and recommend remediation. Communicate findings and guidance to customers, improve detection and response processes, and use scripting and AI technologies to streamline investigations.

Leads HPE’s Canadian Presales Engineering organization, setting strategy, managing budgets and resources, developing technical sales leaders, and driving revenue growth. Builds executive customer and partner relationships, aligns presales teams with sales and product organizations, influences product direction, and ensures operational excellence across Canada and global counterparts. The role requires strong business acumen, enterprise technology expertise, cross-functional leadership, and travel across Canada, the United States, and internationally.
