This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a Sponsorship Manager to take the lead in growing and managing our sponsorship ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for identifying key sponsorship opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring our partners are supported and see the value in their investment.


What you’ll do:


Identify sponsors: Research and connect with potential sponsors who align with our event themes and audience.

Pitch and negotiate: Craft compelling sponsorship proposals that offer value and drive results, and negotiate win-win partnerships.

Manage sponsor relationships: Be the main point of contact, ensuring sponsor needs are met pre-event, during, and post-event.

Deliver results: Track sponsor success and ROI, ensuring long-term partnerships and a positive experience.


What we’re looking for:


Sales and sponsorship experience: 3+ years in sponsorship management, with a history of securing and managing high-level sponsors.

Skilled communicator: You can create persuasive pitches and build strong, lasting relationships.

Event experience: Understanding the value sponsors bring to large-scale events and how to integrate them seamlessly.

Organized and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple sponsors at various stages of the event lifecycle without breaking a sweat.
