Job DescriptionThe Senior SPMO Business Intelligence Analyst - Temp uses strong consultative and analytical skills to elicit or identify business and technical requirements, evaluate solutions, and recommend approaches that support project and operational objectives. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to drive the successful delivery and ongoing support of new and enhanced processes, products, and services on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Intelligence, or a related quantitative discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or Business Administration is preferred. Certifications in Agile-scrum preferred.
- 10+ years of business analysis experience required, including Business Systems Analyst experience.
- 5+ years’ experience modeling and mapping business processes, writing SQL queries, and supporting integration mapping.
- 5+ years’ experience eliciting requirements, facilitating project and enhancement planning, and creating technical documentation.
- 2+ years experience with Azure DevOps - ADO, Agile, Kanban, and product ownership required.
- Project management experience (minimum 2 years) is preferred, including leading cross-functional initiatives and managing timelines and deliverables.
- Experience with OnePlan is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, consensus building, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools (e.g., ADO, Power BI, Qlik, MicroStrategy).
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and data architecture.
- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and the payments industry.
