Salesforce Marketing Cloud Designer & CRM CPQ Developer

Summary:

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud designer is a highly skilled professional responsible for the building automations, implementation, and optimization of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, bringing expertise to drive in delivering high-quality campaigns and achieving business objectives. In addition CRM CPQ solution supports B2B and B2C to produce quote, approvals, screen flows and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical expertise across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud suite, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Content Builder and Personalization. Demonstrate proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and API development for advanced customization and integration. CRM CPQ Flex cart developer, APEX code writing (+ test class) and deployment.
  • Solution Design: Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices. This includes integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other critical systems. Ability to design, code and deploy SFMC preference center and API connections.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the platform, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the platform's capabilities.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve team processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices
  • Experience with data management, integration, and API development
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonnel skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bilingual French/English (strong asset)
