How do you ensure every HR process runs seamlessly for hundreds of employees? In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our HR Shared Services, making sure our systems, data, and processes are executed with precision and reliability.

You’ll support the day-to-day HR operations while building a strong understanding of how our systems, especially Workday, enable and connect our processes. If you enjoy operational work, solving system-related challenges, and being a go-to resource, you’ll feel right at home.

As a Specialist of HR Operations, you will:
  • Execute and maintain employee data and HR transactions in Workday with a high level of accuracy.
  • Support HR Shared Services by managing a variety of operational requests from employees, managers, and HR partners.
  • Act as a system-savvy resource, understanding how HR processes interconnect and impact one another.
  • Perform system updates and administrative changes within Workday (e.g., data updates, minor content adjustments).
  • Ensure the integrity and consistency of HR data across processes and systems.
  • Contribute to the centralization and continuous improvement of HR administrative operations.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • 3+ years of experience working in an HR operations or HR Shared Services environment.
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS, ideally Workday.
  • Strong attention to detail and rigor in data management.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage changing priorities, and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment.

  • Understanding of HR process dependencies (e.g., compensation cycles, reporting structures, employee changes).
  • Ability to troubleshoot system or process issues and navigate ambiguity.
