As a DevOps specialist, you play a key role in adopting and updating DevOps practices within the Development and Quality Assurance Practices and Frameworks Department. You actively help delivery teams become more efficient by designing, automating, maintaining and optimizing internal IT platforms, using an approach based on team autonomy, system reliability and continuous improvement. You will work closely with developers, QA specialists, architects and operations teams, in an environment where the core values are accountability, the pursuit of long-term solutions and mutual assistance. You analyze, diagnose and solve problems related to application development, delivery pipelines, platform stability and operating environments. You also serve as a DevOps expert by providing technical advice, helping to create recommendations and implementation plans, and developing tools, methods and processes to promote rapid, reliable and secure deployments. The nature of the mandates requires a global view of the application and infrastructure environments, both in project and product mode. More specifically, you will be required to :
CI/CD pipeline design, optimization and governance.
Design, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions) for reliability, performance and safety.
Actively participate in migrating front-end and back-end applications to modern platforms.
Implement deployment strategies without any service interruptions (blue/green, rolling, canary, etc.)
Deploy, configure and operate Azure, AKS, and Tanzu Application Service (PAS) environments.
Automate provisioning and environment configuration through infrastructure as code practices (Terraform, Bicep).
Standardize environments to reduce configuration drift and improve reproducibility.
Implement and configure Dynatrace for application and infrastructure observability.
Participate in incident analysis and post-training production as part of a continuous improvement approach (SRE).
Work closely with development teams to improve the pace, quality and stability of deliveries.
Help implement security, affordability and resilience strategies for platforms

What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
A minimum of two years experience in platform administration, system administration or any other relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Proficiency in continuous delivery tools (CI/CD) such as Concourse, Github Actions and Azure DevOps
Knowledge of SaaS, CaaS and IaaS solution rollouts in the Azure environment
Knowledge of Linux and Windows
Knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Java or C#
Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) practices
Knowledge of infrastructure automation technology, such as Terraform
