Job Description

The next challenge awaiting you: We’re looking for our future Marketing Communications Specialist to continue improving the customer experience and retention through targeted communications. Whether through emails, apps, social media, or by supporting the team, your goal will be to optimize recurring revenue generation and customer satisfaction for the SPYPOINT and VOSKER brands.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll create relationship-building and loyalty-focused content for our customers;
  • You’ll update customer support content;
  • You’ll contribute to UX copywriting;
  • You’ll collaborate with the brand, Customer Advisory, product, and development teams on the creation and launch of new products;
  • You assist the Customer Service team in creating support content and training agents;
  • You provide guidelines to graphic designers, translators, and other support teams;
  • You ensure the quality of communications sent to our customers;
  • You generate reports and highlight key findings.

Qualifications

  • You have a degree in marketing, combined with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing communications, UX copywriting, or any other relevant experience;
  • You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (frequent contact with people outside Quebec).
  • You have strong writing skills;
  • You are able to manage projects independently and autonomously;
  • You have strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • You have knowledge of relationship marketing, customer loyalty, and UX;
  • You are proficient with CRM software (a plus);
  • You have a strong interest in the customer experience;
  • You demonstrate thoroughness in coordination, organization, and execution;
  • You demonstrate dynamism, curiosity, creativity, and a team spirit;
