The Cross-Sector Data Business Solutions Department is responsible for developing and updating the unique identification solution for members and clients (Desjardins Group uniqueness). As a quality assurance analyst, you’re responsible for activities that support the implementation of and compliance with an integrated software quality approach. More specifically, you will be required to:
Draft and maintain test scenarios and cases to ensure coverage based on the targeted test level and ensure connection with other levels and teams.
Help identify and develop test cases to automate and continuously improve them.
Steer design and monitoring for test cases identified by the team and enter those you’re responsible for in product test records.
Coordinate the preparation of plans and the execution context for testing (environments, data) in collaboration with colleagues in other professions and support the team as needed.
Rigorously conduct functional, regression and integration tests.
Validate data transformations and business rules as required.
Document, monitor and prioritize anomalies (bugs) using Jira and Xray.
Help other specialists determine various scopes (stories, releases, sprints, projects, tests).
Help continually improve quality assurance processes.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s degree in IT
At least four years of experience in software quality assurance
Advanced proficiency in French is required
Proficiency in rolling out automated tests
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Xray, Postman and other automation tools
Proficiency in data flow pipelines
Proficiency in databases
Proficiency in SQL
