About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven professional to join our team as a Sr Specialist, Business Intelligence & Data Operations. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming data into actionable insights to support strategic business decisions and enhance commercial performance. You will lead the development and optimization of dashboards, data models, and automated reporting solutions, while ensuring data quality and governance. Working cross-functionally with local and global stakeholders, as well as external data partners, you will help drive innovation in analytics and enable a deeper understanding of the business through advanced data capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend and execute the optimization and automation of different dashboards and reports

  • Deliver high quality commercial analytics to identify opportunities and provide foundational support of business decisions and performance monitoring

  • Develop data models to better understand the business

  • Prepare, compile and report information and key performance indicators for diverse business requirements

  • Support the team with ad hoc business projects and/or analyses

  • Data governance support

  • Collaborate with global partners for the management of the data warehouse

  • Work with third party data vendors to ensure accurate provisions and appropriate delivery of data

  • Build local data models to ensure harmonization of data automations.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with preference in Computer Science, Data science, Business (Business Intelligence), Engineering (Software) or equivalent certificates

  • Experience building reports and dashboards, using power BI

  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL & python

  • Experience in automation of data processes including experience leveraging data warehouses

  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work independently, with little supervision

  • Ability to learn and apply new information quickly

  • Experience in pharma industry min 3 years

  • Knowledge of IQVIA datasets is an asset

  • Language skills: Bilingual required (French and English)

Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) analytique et orienté(e) données pour rejoindre notre équipe à titre de Spécialiste principal(e), Intelligence d’affaires & Opérations des données. Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation des données en insights exploitables afin de soutenir la prise de décisions stratégiques et l’optimisation de la performance commerciale. Vous serez responsable du développement et de l’optimisation de tableaux de bord, de modèles de données et de solutions de reporting automatisées, tout en assurant la qualité et la gouvernance des données. En collaboration avec des partenaires locaux et globaux, ainsi qu’avec des fournisseurs de données externes, vous contribuerez à faire évoluer les capacités analytiques et à approfondir la compréhension des enjeux d’affaires.

Responsabilités

  • Recommander et mettre en œuvre l’optimisation et l’automatisation de différents tableaux de bord et rapports

  • Fournir des analyses commerciales de haute qualité afin d’identifier des opportunités et soutenir la prise de décisions ainsi que le suivi de la performance

  • Développer des modèles de données pour mieux comprendre l’activité

  • Préparer, compiler et communiquer des informations et des indicateurs clés de performance pour répondre à divers besoins d’affaires

  • Soutenir l’équipe dans des projets et/ou analyses ponctuels (ad hoc)

  • Soutien à la gouvernance des données

  • Collaborer avec des partenaires mondiaux pour la gestion de l’entrepôt de données

  • Travailler avec des fournisseurs de données tiers afin de garantir l’exactitude et la livraison appropriée des données

  • Construire des modèles de données locaux afin d’assurer l’harmonisation des automatisations de données

Éducation, Expérience et Compétences Requises

  • Baccalauréat, de préférence en informatique, science des données, administration des affaires (intelligence d’affaires), génie logiciel ou certifications équivalentes

  • Expérience dans la création de rapports et de tableaux de bord avec Power BI

  • Maîtrise de SQL et Python

  • Expérience en automatisation de processus de données, incluant l’utilisation d’entrepôts de données

  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

  • Capacité à établir et maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les membres de l’équipe et les équipes multidisciplinaires

  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome avec peu de supervision

  • Capacité à apprendre et appliquer rapidement de nouvelles informations

  • Expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique : minimum 3 ans

  • Connaissance des bases de données IQVIA (un atout)

  • Compétences linguistiques : bilinguisme requis (français et anglais)
